It would appear that illness at the company cause a delay in sorting my problem. I have now had excellent service and feedback from the company and am now satisfied with the overall service that I have received from them. I, therefore, feel my previous review to be inaccurate for the overall service I have received. If I could find out how to do it I would retract my former review. Hilda Watts
