I ordered my curtains over 2 weeks ago and haven't yet received them. I contacted the customer services dept 3 days ago to see what had happened to my order and was told that order tracking showed that it had been despatched. The person I spoke to promised to call me back or leave a message. I am still waiting for a call. My bank statement shows that Textiles Direct have taken money from my account but i do not have the goods which I have paid for. Since placing my order I have had no communication about it either by email or phone to confirm puchase or the order status. I will not be ordering any more items online from this company.
