Very positive experience with this company (and I buy a lot of items online).
I ordered a quilt cover for my son but on arrival realised it was far too "feminine" for him (my mistake entirely)
I emailed customer services and within hours Sarah responded positively to my request to return the item. She then communicated regularly until my item was received back to them and my refund processed.
I've since re-ordered another item which was ridiculously cheap but does the job perfectly.
I would definitely be happy to buy from Textiles Direct again
