Although the order arrived on time, the goods delivered were not the right size. I contacted customer service by e-mail and, although there was a delay in responding, Sarah in customer service resolved the issue very efficiently and I now have what I ordered, a few days late but at no additional cost. I would use this company again so long as they retain someone like Sarah in Customer Service
