Application, payment and delivery can't be better but when I tried to exchange items for different sizes at Postmasburg Totalsports it turned into a bad experience. At first they said no problem but when the time came to do the exchange it took 3 days excluding the weekend. After numerous phone calls a consultant at Bash got hold of the area manager who managed to solve the problem in minutes which the store staff couldn't do.
