The items were perfect but the delivery was horrible. I live in an estate. I received a message to say that items were out for delivery. The same day I received a message to say it was collected by me.
I did not receive the parcel. It was left at the concierge in the estate but the message said it was received by me. It was very difficult to locate the parcel.
In future please can the delivery people get the correct name of the person that received the parcel as well as the ID number so that it is easy to locate if lost
