My overall experience was average. Foschini packed one incorrect item in my order and it still had a security tag attached to it. I had to drive to a store to get it removed which was inconvenient and defeats the purpose of online shopping. I was also unable to get the correct item as it was no longer in stock. I basically paid and had to settle for something I did not want. Furthermore, the driver from the courier service was extremely rude.
