I didn't like when you send me an sms saying my parcel is ready for collection but after an hour of receiving and sms I went to the shop and they told me that the parcel hasn't arrived yet maybe it will arrive in the afternoon, that made me angry, like why send me an sms knowing that the parcel hasn't arrived yet 🤔
