Some store assistants still insist on requesting for Identity documents (ID or License) when collecting in-store even though Pargo service does not require customers to bring any. Only the OTP pin is required when collecting. A reminder to inform all participating stores to not force customers to provide identification when they have the OTP and SMS or email for collection.
Overall the service is good.
