The shopping experience is good but I thing the delivery process needs to be coordinated better. I ordered multiple things from multiple stores so the items arrived seperately. While I appreciate the timely delivery, I didn't appreciate all the deliveries; I would've preferred them to consolidate all my items and deliver once. I also had to return an item - the pick up was good but the refund process needs better explanation as I was confused how it works.
