Delivery - Fast but not Amazon and Takealot 'fast'. There is room for improvement
Shopping experience - Good. Size on items, especially decor items
Range - Excellent, everything I need in one place
Payment - On App, sometimes when clicking on checkout, the loading page just goes blank and I have to go back and start again
Refund - The money takes too long to get back to my account
