The delivery is good, I had joined because I was supposed to get vouchers and have only received one so far so a little annoyed with that seeing as I have had the accound for so long. Payments are fine, finally figured out how to do a debit order. The range is fine, some of the stuff is not of great quality, but hey what can you do. Returns seem to be the most painful, so I just don't return items I do not like because of the hassle.
