The process was quick and simple i was happy, but the item which was Real Madrid jersey was dirty and had a blood stains inside. It was an unpleasant situation, because i have been longing for that jersey i decided to wash it and keep it.
Please next time check if the item has been fitted and it still look new before you pack it for a customer.
