The heels are perfect just like in the picture and they're y fav rn. The shopping experience was good and the payment process was easier to follow through. Delivery was not so good. The day I was expecting to receive my delivery, it never came and the delivery company said there's no one at home when I had rescheduled to be at home the entire day then they rescheduled for another time. It was such an inconvenience on my side and this needs to be looked into.
