I ordered an expensive perfume which arrived with a damaged lid. Fortunately the product seems intact but I don't like paying for damaged goods - even if it is just the lid of the bottle. It makes me worry about the shelf-life of the product and I don't like the look of a damaged perfume bottle - somewhat ruins the experience for me.
Otherwise the shopping experience was enjoyable and seamless.
