Experience with bash was okay, it was easy to register and purchase and request a refund. Where it loses 2 stars is simply that during the refund process the delivery men showed up before I got a notification that the refund process was confirmed. This was very disconcerting as we live in South Africa. On top of that the delivery men didn't know what they were picking up which made it even more difficult. In the end I just gave it to the deliverymen on blind faith.
