One of the items on my order was incorrect. I ordered a shoe and the color and size was incorrect. The rest of the items were delivered in good order. I was informed of delivery date but time was an estimation. When I reached out to the courier service to find out exact time for delivery, they were kind enough to relay my message to the driver. Consequently, the driver contacted me to confirm that someone was available on the day to receive my package. This was very helpful.
