The fit of most items these days are not true to size, the shoes especially. Size 7 to big, size 6 too small, really frustrating. The size 12 dresses cannot close over bust area and my one dress came without one off its buttons, no idea who is suppose to check it but anyway, not acceptable considering what you pay
