Delivery Service Providers suck. There is no way to instruct them what to do upon delivery and many times they drive past when I missed their call. Not stopping, ringing the bell as I would have instructed them to do, IF there was an option of that. I am a hearing impaired client and often miss calls from people who is not aware of it.
