I purchased this phone as a gift and specifically ordered it in black. However, without any prior notice or consultation, I received the blue variant instead. While the color itself is not a major issue, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand and given the option to confirm or adjust my order. This lack of communication comes across as unprofessional and could have been easily avoided with a simple notification. 1 star for you!
