My experience purchasing the couch was excellent however not being able to see the couch before purchasing it caused me to return the couch. The colour is more grey than the brown in the pictures. The couch is really low and the arm rests don’t have padding and can be really uncomfortable when resting against it. The firmness is good but the fabric had little snags here and there.
