Parcels came separately, so I had to go in twice to collect my items. Two items are way to big and chunky, but I cannot return them to the store I collected them from - I now have to travel to the store they are from to return. It seems that bash makes it as difficult as possible to return in the hope that one will give up and not return any items...
The other two items are lovely - true to size and look like tot picutres online.
