This company are utter THIEVES!!!!!!! Scammers In uniform BEWARE OF THE TFGM METROLINK! DO NOT USE THE SERVICE! They attempted to steal £60 as a penalty from my account simply because I paid by card and they claim I didn’t tap in tap out successfully- absolute rubbish!!!! The tap in and out procedure is NOT clearly advertised and is NOT AT ALL clear! I paid my fare and have solid proof of the fare payment on my statement for my travel! So it was paid Which they’ve charged me in ADDITION to the penalty! Ridiculous and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! Their penalty policy is poorly advertised on their trams!! BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You’ll fall victim to the Money grabbing vultures!!!!! Bullies in uniform!!!! I was visiting Manchester for the weekend and my had weekend ruined by these Sons of *itches!!! Due to their ridiculous unfair penalty charge after using their tram service NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I feel sorry for any naive tourists in the area who might fall victim to this spiteful costly trap!!!!!! God help us all! This underground money scamming needs to be published so more are aware of the theft at risk if you use their tram!!!!! They’ve attempted daylight theft!!!! Blatant robbery!!! - being stated in their T&Cs is absolute rubbish!!!!! You can’t rip off people simply for not knowing your payment conduct!! It is only fair to do so for those who maliciously and purposely fare evade!!! Not those who simply do not know!!! I’ve had to call my bank for support to attempt to block the fraudulent charge!!!! Thanks to their bullshi* I now risk going overdrawn and risk further charges from my bank!! Absolute thieving scum do not EVER use your card to pay with their tram services they’ll rob you blind!!! I tried to explain my situation to the company via phone and email after using the tram leading to the penalty charge - they are simply not interested and assume everyone is a fare evader trying to use their tram service for free!!!
