The customer event was a great success and I have received very positive feedback from all who attended. Louisa was very thorough during the booking process and made the organisation run very smoothly, the captain on board was very accommodating allowing us extra time to enjoy Tower Bridge when it opened, the chef (Andy) was also very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and the bar staff were also very friendly and efficient. All in all, a great success, thank you.
