The staff from start to finish could not have been more helpful. Claudia was great & patient as we arranged everything. The staff on board were out of this world - courteous, efficient and most helpful. It could not have been more perfect. It was our second time of using the Elizabethan paddle boat. Two people on the night now want to use it for their special occasions. Well done everyone!
