Thames Luxury Charters was very helpful in setting up the event and worked with us when there were a few snags. However, on the day there was confusion about who was our point of contact and we were given the incorrect POC and contact number.. it took us a half-hour to get on the boat to set up, which you can imagine was stressful.
Once on the boat, however, the staff and crew were super helpful and friendly. So thank you for that!
