Disgusting service at Wolverhampton branch. I took a brand new watch for links to be removed and they broke and damaged my watch then blamed the manufactures telling me to take it up with them. The manager Jennifer is absolutely no help at all and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Do not trust your belongings with them
