I feel scammed. Terrible quality and awful customer service. We bought a gold chain from T H Baker via The Jewel Hut, and it broke twice within six months. The first time, they repaired it free of charge, but it took two months to get it back. It then broke AGAIN so we requested a refund, but they refused—only offering another repair after inspection, and only if they determined it was a manufacturing fault. I didn’t buy a gold chain just for it to spend more time being repaired than worn. Do not buy from here.
