Every time I have had any questions or queries regarding my policy I have had a quick and helpful response from everyone on the customer service teams.
I have even saved money from the advice given to me recently by one of the team members from the renewal team.
All I can say is that so far The AA group are fantastic and very helpful and i will continue to use them in the future.
