The Royal Borough of Greenwich recognises the many difficulties faced by disadvantaged young people. The AHOY Centre plays a crucial role in helping them build self confidence and develop life skills. This in turn enables them to contribute positively towards society. The Charity has an impressive track record of providing life-changing opportunities accessible to all, with excellent results. I have visited over a number of years and am always impressed by the range of experience on offer, as well as the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm of everyone taking part.
