Would have loved to have shopped in person but was very impressed by the online service. An excellent range and extremely efficient online service. I was buying a Christmas gift and was very happy with the product which arrived the next day. My only criticism is that the beautiful pale pink alpaca was roughly wrapped in bright green tissue paper. White would have been so much better. The outer packaging was fine. I will definitely be tempted to buy again from such a beautiful range.
