First time I’ve tried to buy clothing online & wanted to buy items for my wife and, in so doing, support our local Cumbrian businesses. Had a look at a few Keswick shops that had information online, but I wasn’t very impressed with the quality of their descriptions; when I phoned them up about specific items, I was told they didn’t stock it & it could only be ordered online. Then, I found The Alpaca Clothing Company. What a refreshing difference, especially as I am Covid-19 Extremely Vulnerable & frightened about going into shops at the moment. I emailed through some questions and got a prompt & very helpful response from Chantelle. She made it so easy for a bloke, who is colour blind & a novice in such matters, to buy matching accessories as a surprise present for his wife. Her follow-up emails were all very helpful & polite; nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased for the reassurance & help she provided, so am only too pleased to Highly Recommend online shopping with the Alpaca Clothing Company. I wish others would follow your lead; especially Men’s Outfitters. If I cannot have confidence that what I have purchased online will meet my requirements, then I won’t order anything; I cannot afford to risk having to go to the Post Office to return items over & over again. We MUST keep our High Streets & Local Shops OPEN. I also hate Amazon & avoid them like the Plague!
