Ordered a snood in teal for a present.
Had an email to say it wasn’t available and to choose another colour.
Email was prompt, apologetic and delivery was straightaway.
Very pleased.
It might be a Covid glitch, but maybe check the website availability against the actual stock?
Other than that, excellent experience and I will use again x
