Hello my daughter was very pleased with her slippers I bought her. Although slightly on the big side. I did return a pair of alpaca gloves because they would not fit my medium size hands. I have not yet received a refund. Both items where well packaged, and arrived quickly, a nice surprise of the free gift, it went on the Christmas tree. I would still like a pair of gloves if you have a larger size. Thank you, Regards Mrs Martin.
