My wife and I have been buying Alpaca from Spirit of the Andes in Amersham until they ceased trading recently. We thought we would not be able to buy any more to replace a cardigan spoiled when carers put one into a "Home's" laundry instead of giving it to me for dry cleaning. The first time it was turned to felt but stayed near its size. Before I could take it home, they repeated the error. The "Home" agreed to buy another, so I was delighted when my son found your site on the net. My wife jumped at the red one almost like the spoiled one. I ordered it that night about 10 pm. It arrived about 40 hours later fully up to our former expectations. We know where to come next time. Thank you very much.
