I have always received excellent service from the Alpaca Clothing Co whether I have shopped in store by telephone or online. Although I live in London I often visit my friends in Cumbria and we always visit the shop, which is in a scenic area, we also like to see the alpacas and have tea and cake before we leave. The telephone service is always courteous and efficient with all queries answered and goods dispatched very promptly. The alpaca knitwear and other clothing and soft toys that I have bought are of the best quality. I cannot fault The Alpaca Team.
