A slight hiccup in that something I ordered wasn't in stock; however, I received a call within an hour of placing the order to inform me and was offered the chance to cancel the order, replace said item with something else or have a refund for the out of stock item. Couldn't ask any more really! I was also impressed by the quick dispatch and delivery. Overall, excellent customer service with a far more personal feel to it than some other traders out there. I would definitely order again and recommend to a friend.
