The customer service was excellent. When ordering, I came across a problem on the website (no drop-down box to select slipper size.) The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and very polite and cheerful. She really seemed to care that I was having trouble. Anyway, the problem was rectified a few days later and I went ahead with my order.
I was also very impressed with the speed with which the slippers arrived.
