The socks I ordered arrived within a couple of days and, even though I wanted them especially to take on my imminent holiday in a cold country, I decided to try them out. They are exactly as described - no awkward toe seam to hurt my little toes and I could feel the support and the comfort. I haven't washed them yet but I have no qualms about it. I'm sure they will wash well and keep their shape.
