Apart from the beautiful scarf and quirky gloves, my contact with Chantelle concerning a delivery problem, made me very happy on a gloomy London day. She dealt with the problem very quickly and efficiently and made sure I knew how to deal with the new arrangements. She has such a warm and friendly personality, an asset to be treasured!
