Ordered Friday 16/12 and product was delivered Wednesday 21/12 (there was a delay due to parcel being mis-sorted at UPS depot). Haven't checked item yet as it's a Christmas pressie. Tracking number was provided so I knew when to expect. Overall happy with purchase/service, happy to use this company again.
