From ordering online to receiving my purchase the team have been great in keeping me updated on my order. Kate deserves a special mention as I believe she went the "extra mile" as although the item I ordered was showing as in stock it transpired that they had sold out but she used her initiative and was able to source the item for me rather than just declining the order.
