One point I would like to mention. I called the telephone number on the website for 'The Alpaca Clothing Company' it was answered by a Timber Company. When my order was on its way, I received a text, which is a really helpful idea but again, from the Timber Company. I did mention this when I called and perhaps it is already been sorted. :D
