They go out of their way with customer service to make sure that you get what you need if they have not got it they try their best to find an alternative. I particularly appreciated this at Christmas time when they had a shortage of an item and they called me and suggested an alternative which was actually better than the original item I had thought of buying. Their pacels come quickly via courier and do not have too much wrapping which is fantastic. Plus I love Alpacas so anything associated with Alpacas is always in my love list.
