I have just made my first purchase with alpaca. I live in Australia so time difference was difficult although I came across a lady online called Chantelle who absolutely went out of her way to help me. We needed to make a few emails backwards and forwards until I made the purchase and truly it was because she took the time with me and instantly answered my emails that that is why I did finally make the purchase. And I know that if anything should go wrong I can contact this lady again who will help me get it sorted. Fabulous company to deal with. Thank you.
