I placed an order on 21 December. Within a few minutes of placing the order, I had a missed call followed by an email letting me know that the product I’d ordered was out of stock, but they could swap it for one that was very slightly different. I was happy with this and the item was shipped out very shortly afterwards and arrived the following day, despite my having missed the Christmas order cut off. Very efficient and friendly service, thank you!
