I wanted a specific shirt so telephoned having not seen it advertised on the website. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She went upstairs to check and came back to report with great sorrow that the item I wanted was not in stock. However the other item which I was looking at was available. I completed this transaction on the website very quickly. Delivery (at no extra charge) was the next working day. Well done. I also love my new trousers.
