A lovely company to buy from. I placed an order for a bag one evening but unfortunately it was the last one and there was some damage to the lining which the Alpaca team noticed whilst carrying out a pre delivery check the following morning. Chantelle phoned me immediately and we found a suitable (actually lovely) alternative which was delivered the following working day.
