Do order form here unless you want to be disappointed . Ordered on a Saturday which I understand is not a working day . On website it said 2-3 days working days royal mail. I never received a confirmation email so couldn't get any tracking information. Gave them a ring on Monday to check status and said it had been sent Monday . I also emailed them the following day to get a email confirmation so I could track balloons. I receipt a very abrupt response . It's Friday evening now and my son's birthday is tomorrow and no sign of balloons . Extremely disappointing especially when it's a company that are providing balloons for special occasions . I ordered another item from a company Monday evening and received it Wednesday morning from royal mail so it's not as if there is delays with royal mail
