Very helpful - I recommend this company. This purchase was the third time we used The Battery Guys and despite their carriers damaging the first battery sent, they still managed to get another to me really quickly. Also, when I called to tell them about the damaged consignment, I managed to speak with someone straightaway and they immediately sent another battery. Good customer service.
